Note: Credit card and cryptocurrency payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (CCBill and NowPayments). We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Account Data:

  • Active accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: Most data is deleted within 90 days, but some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes

Content:

  • Creator content is retained while the Creator's account is active
  • Purchased content access continues for the subscription period
  • Deleted content may remain in backups for up to 90 days

Transaction Records:

  • Financial records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations

Legal Hold:

  • Information subject to legal holds, investigations, or litigation is retained until the matter is resolved
